18 March 2023 An unsecured loan of 5.00 lac was paid by Mr. A to Mr. B. Mr.A has died. Mrs.C is legal heir of Mr. A. Whether Mr. B , in his books of account, can now show loan payable to Mrs. C instead of Mr.A ?
