18 August 2021 Rs. 5.00 lac unsecured loan was paid by my Bhabhi to one of my client. My bhabhi expired now . Her husband and son had also expired earlier. Now she does not have any other son, only a married daughter. Now, how the said loan of Rs. 5.00 lac should be shown in whose name ?
