Unpaid salary to employees

My employer is not paying salary to staff from last six months. They have also stopped project activities. Employer is distributing salary slip every month but not paying. Now guide me how to secure my salary.

YOU MUST WRITE A LETTER ADDRESSED TO LABOUR COMMISSIONER OFFICER OF CONCERNED AREA, STATE.
MENTIONED THE THIS PROBLEM SIGNED ALL THE EMPLOYER WHO HAVE NOT GOT YET THE UNPAID SALARAY.
AFTER SCRUITNEY THE LABOUR INSPECTOR WILL PAID YOUR SALARY.

Please advise whether to file any plea in the court. Also whether there is time limit to intimate to Labour Commissioner in this regard.

this Matter belong from Labour commissioner so first submit a Letter in LABOUR COMMISSIONER OF YOUR REGIONAL AREA.AS FAR AS I UNDERSTAND THERE WILL BE NO NEED TILL DECISION OF LABOUR COMMISSIONER.
MUST INTIMATE TO:
Secretary, Government of India, Ministry of Labour, Sharam Shakti Bhawan, New Delhi.
