21 February 2013 My employer is not paying salary to staff from last six months. They have also stopped project activities. Employer is distributing salary slip every month but not paying. Now guide me how to secure my salary.

23 February 2013 YOU MUST WRITE A LETTER ADDRESSED TO LABOUR COMMISSIONER OFFICER OF CONCERNED AREA, STATE.

MENTIONED THE THIS PROBLEM SIGNED ALL THE EMPLOYER WHO HAVE NOT GOT YET THE UNPAID SALARAY.

AFTER SCRUITNEY THE LABOUR INSPECTOR WILL PAID YOUR SALARY.

27 February 2013 this Matter belong from Labour commissioner so first submit a Letter in LABOUR COMMISSIONER OF YOUR REGIONAL AREA.AS FAR AS I UNDERSTAND THERE WILL BE NO NEED TILL DECISION OF LABOUR COMMISSIONER.

MUST INTIMATE TO:

Secretary, Government of India, Ministry of Labour, Sharam Shakti Bhawan, New Delhi.
