30 March 2018 Dear Sir,

Please tell me how to unlock User id when, the person had forgot his password & bank account is also not there as had not filled returns or had filled returns when its not necessary to provide banking details.

30 March 2018 You may reset the password and you will receive an OTP on your registered phone number and email. Using the new password you may login into his account on the income tax website.

30 March 2018 Sir, already tried, but option is valid only with bank account number, in the given case, assessee had not supplied bank details. Any other way to unlock?
