Unlisted shares held by individual

if i m individual and i was not director in any company in past but i have unlisted shares should i have to mention in ITR ? or is this only for who were director in company ?

You have unlisted shares you have to report in ITR whether you are a director or not.

still we have to show in if company delisted or there is no trade ?

Yes. You need to show it in ITR Filling regardless of transaction.
