10 October 2013 In recent may ipcc exams, i wrote advanced accounting exam for a blind student as a writer. I alraedy passed ipcc. I don't know the fact that i am not eligible to write this exam on behalf of blind student. In the examination hall examiner complained the same to the board. Now i received a letter for unfair means in exams. they gave me opportunity of being heard at Noida. Due to United Andhra agitations , i'm not able to go there. Is it effects my Career? Plz...give me some suggestions.
So plz.......Tell me what the consequenses are?
Also tell me the punishments in ca-board.

Explan how strictly bund was conducted in Andhra..and meet Noida as early as possible i guess they will understand your problem..
