unexplained credit at bank A/c in which section we should offer to tax, U/s 68 or 69A

25 September 2012 What is the confusion? The confusion should be that of ASSESSING OFFICER because both the sections are in the opinion of ASSESSING OFFICER. Auditor's job is to report. Please let me know your query... is it in the premises of BANK OR the in the ledger account as maintained by the assessee?
