Undertaking for TDS Refund

30 January 2021 Hello All
I have applied for TDS Refund on cancellation of my property deal. TDS department requires no outstanding due certificate from my income tax AO for further processing. How I can get the same from him. What documents to be shown to ITO. Any format is there if it is pl share.
Pl guide.

30 January 2021 Madam. This certificate will be given by AO Or I have to give some letter pl confirm.

Whether I have to type the whole draft or what? I am applying for tds refund on the basis of cancellation of deal.. Shall I produce the cancellation deed also. Pl guide.

31 January 2021 You have to write a simple letter to ITO for TCC. No other documents required.
