how to file new ITR-4 return for the dealer who is covered under section 44AF is it require to fillup balancesheet and profit and loss account deatils?

I think, if you are covered under 44AF and not maintaining books of account, you need not to fillup balancesheet and profit and loss account deatils, except few required details asked under 'no accounts case'.
