one of the director of the Company receiving monthly salary Rs. 120000/-. can you please tell me it comes under section 314(1B)?

No section 314(1B) is not applicable in your case.

Hi,
First check whether ur director is in office or place or profit in terms of section 314(3).
If he is drawing anything over and above Rs. 120000/- which is his normal directorship salary then he will be considered in office or place or profit in terms of section 314(3).
If this is the case then only section 314(1B) is applicable in your case.
