Unable to log in after paying fee.

I am unable to login to www.icaiexam.icai.org after paying my fee. After the payment was made i was being redirected to my id but instead an error appeared which is not allowing me to log in.
Error :- Update Mysql Server may not be running . Please Contact the System administrator for the help.
