unable to apply for composition scheme

I want to know when to apply for composition scheme? gst site is not responding to intimation for composition and amendments section.

ok ok....then keep trying.....I was trying for about 1 day.....but then i got it cleared under composition

yes. we got the number as well......
applied on 04/07/2017........trying to register from 01/07/2017....finally got succeeded on 04/07/2017...number received on 06/07/2017
