DEAR SIR,
WEN I AM FILE MY IT RETURN OF A Y 2014-15 I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT SOME ONE FILE MY IT RETURN OF AY 2012-13 AND 2013-14 as on date 1/10/2013 WITH FACK TAX PAYMENT DETAILS OF RS 51000 AND 82000 RESPECTIVELY BUT ITR V NOT SENT TO CPC SO WATN I DO TO REMOVE THIS RETURN FROM CPC ANDHOW CAN I FILE FRESH RETURN FOR AY 2013-14
PLEASE ADVISED ME I AM IN BIG TANTION

Have you ever shared your PASSWORD with anybody? or it is as easy as 12345 or something like that?
If you are having your password, change the same imediately and file the true and fair return as per your computation.

no he creat my pass word and he file my return after due dates there for I am not revised it

THERE ARE cybernetic CONTROL FEATURES ADDED WHILE REGISTERING PAN ON INCOME TAX WEBSITE.
So? Please dont call the person UNKNOWN. He or she whoever has registered your PAN, is WELL known to you, who knows your personal details.OK?

do you have the password with you? Use it and EDIT your profile and change the password. And then file the retruns.

you can only change the password and file the return but it is not possible to revise due to file after the due date pls consult with the professional and I my opinion you have to file FIR so that after receiving notice from Income tax deptt then you can see and you save himself from penalty & harassment.
