i shall received notice U/s 143 but pdf file is not open error is document is damaged does not repairs

Login in to Income tax efiling website and select My Account tab -> select option " 143(1)/154 Service request. it will open on table there u can get the option to resend the notice to your mail id again

Only the thing you need to have your username (PAN) & Password & if you have, plz do what Mr. Ramesh has said.
