Dear Sir,
LIC Premium of my father's policy was paid by me in 2014-15.
can i claim lic premium rebate in my tax return because my father have no taxable income & not filed any I.Tax Return.
Please suggest.

Yes you can claim rebate u/s 80C for the premium paid towards your father's policy.
