I received commission of rs.480370/-and tds on which is rs.48039/- . and exp. relating to business was rs. 427200/- and dep. on assets rs .27015/- so We need to maintain books of a/c . pls reply

Yes , books of accounts are required to be maintained to substantiate the huge expenses being shown by you.
