Please advice as to the formalities to be complied under section 179 resolutions passed for Secured Loans taken against the Personal Guarantees of the Directors

2. File e-Form MGT 14- within 30 days fo passing of resolution
3. Make necessary entry in Charge register maintained in CHG- 7

Actually, there are no Charges being Created. Only the Discounting Facilities ( Secured Loans) are being Renewed. Therefore, is it necessary to pass the resolution in Form No: MGT 14
