17 September 2014 1. File e-Form CHG-1 - within 30 days of charge creation

2. File e-Form MGT 14- within 30 days fo passing of resolution

3. Make necessary entry in Charge register maintained in CHG- 7

17 September 2014 Actually, there are no Charges being Created. Only the Discounting Facilities ( Secured Loans) are being Renewed. Therefore, is it necessary to pass the resolution in Form No: MGT 14
