26 May 2015 At the time of filling TDS return
it asked type of deductor if our company is proprietor then it come under individual or firm and in the field of name of deductor it would be company name or proprietor name please give us answer

26 May 2015 If it is a proprietorship then type of deductor will be 'Individual' and name of deductor will be name of the proprietor.

This is because PAN and TAN numbers are registered in the name of individual.
