By mistake I have filled IT return of my client twice. one manually n other efilled. now m getting mail n sms from cpc b'lor regarding submission of ITR V. which return will be considered? What should I do?

Yes, follow the instruction of Nikhil sir's.
Otherwise you have another option also, If you filed offline return later to the e-filing return then write a request letter to the AO where you submitted your offline return for stopping of process of offline return due to reason of already submitted online return also enclose the ITR-V e-filing acknowledgement to such letter. In case offline return is filed before to the Online return then don't submit ITR-V to the CPC, then CPC didn't process your return at all and after the due date to submit ITR-V your return submitted through online shall be invalid and doesn't considered as return filed.
