IS THERE ANY LAW THAT ASSEESSEE EARNING TUTION INCOME MORE THAN 50000/- PER YEAR HAS TO BE REGISTERED UNDER SOME ACT. IF YES THEN PLEASE LET ME KNOW FULL INFORMATION IN THIS CASE

There is no requirement to get registered under any Act. However, keep the following in mind:
1. You should obtain a PAN.
2. You will be required to get registered under Service Tax if the gross receipts exceed Rs. 9 lakhs.
