29 July 2012 I have only tition income which form i file ITR 1 or other, further i am just completed age of 18 year in jan 12, my income will be clubbed with parents or not

29 July 2012 The peron attaining majority has the choice to decide. Tuition income is income from business / profession. ITR4 will be better option.
