Sir,
A person which turnover is more than 35lack but does not get register himself in to GST. He has file his return IT showing the exact turnover is anything will happen.Is there a chances to get the notice.

If he deals in only exempted supplies, then he is not required to get register.Pls check the taxability of item.

No he does not deal with exempted goods

It Can easily be anticipated that GST authorities issue notice to the concerned person and take appropriate legal action against him. please caution ur client appropriately.

please do expect a notice from GST as the data sharing between different taxing agencies is pretty robust these days.
