A person turnover is more than 30lack dealing in seasonal goods like bamboo,beetle nut ,craft type.whether Gst required to take or not.Please advice.

29 July 2017 Required. If your turnover exceeds 2000000/- you have to compulsorily get register. It is of no matter that you deal once in a year or seasonal or regular.

This are all fall under Nil Tax in gst non of them is Taxable then what return have to be filled for this one.Nil return or some thing else.

30 July 2017 If you deal exclusively in exempted goods, then not required to get registered in GST.
