Does it include Term Fees, Sports Fees and other non refundable part of fees??

Tuition fee means fee paid for the purpose of learning to knowledge on subjects. It includes term fee but not includes sports fee,lab fee,examination fee,admission fee,hostel fee,library fee,books fee etc....
