15 January 2011 i have CREATED A TRUST 7 YEAR BACK AND SINCE INCEPTION Trust has RECEIVED CORPUS DONATION FROM CHATITABLE TRUST REGISTRED U/S 12A APPR Rs. 18 LACS TILL THE F. Y. 2009.10. AND Trust APPLIED FOR REGISTRATION U/S 12A ON AUGUST 2010, NOW A.O WANT TO TAXES Rs. 18 LACS AS INCOME. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE TRAETEMENT Of THIS .

Law doen't change in a day.

I have already replied the question in detail yesterday.

AO is right. You are asking about the treatment so as per law the treatment of the AO is perfect according to the facts.

Have you met your CA ?

If he has exceptional knowledge of Income-Tax law, its application and good liaisoning; then only something can be done.

( Really it can be done ).

It is a matter of lacs, hence we professional are not here to share that in free.

Otherwise you will argue with your CA that it is so simple to deal and again you will not pay him what he deserves.
