I have a query regarding to file the Trust return online, is it mandatory to file the Trust return online and if yes, then is it mandatory to file the return online with digital signature.

17 June 2013 It is mandatory to file online from assessment year 2013-14and onwards. It can be either digitally signed or after e-filing send ITR V to CPC B'lore. For details please see rule 12(3)(ii),(iii) and proviso (a) of Income tax Rules,1962.
