08 September 2023 A trust was registered u/s 12AB of the Income Tax Act vide provisional certificate issued on 31.03.2023. The trust commenced working on 01.02.2023. Now the trust has to apply for permanent registration. What is the last date by which the trust must apply for permanent registration. Please guide. Thanks

08 September 2023 The trust was required to apply for re-registration by 31.07.2023 as its working started on 01.02.2023. What are the remedies now ? What are the consequences ? Kindly enlighten.
