I WANT TO REGISTER MY TRUST WHICH WL PROVIDE MEDICAL SERVICES WITH CIT TO CLAIN EXEMPTION U/S 11 & 12. KINDLY TELL ME WHAT DOCUMENTS I NEED TO SUBMIT AND TELL ME D PROCEDURE

01 June 2012 You have to submit application for registration in prescribed form to the Commissioner of Income Tax.

01 June 2012 1) Form 10 A in duplicate.
2) Original or certified copy and an extra copy of the instrument under which the trust was set up.
3) Accounts of the trust, in duplicate, if the trust was in existence during any year prior to the year in which the application is made.
