15 March 2011 I want to register a trust. So how can we check the availability of name of Trust. Or we can register the trust as per name of our choice. Or is there any legal responsibility for the choice of name.

16 March 2011 In delhi registration of Trust is done of Ministry of Labour and Industries having Office at Patparganj , some names like - Natioanl Hero, leaders are not allowed to use in your trust name.
