10 June 2015 a trust registered by four trustees, wrongly witness signed by the same 2 trustees as witness, it is a invalid deed, but any way available to rectify this error...

11 June 2015 Instead of INVALIDAING the earlier deed, what you can do is make a rectification of the earlier deed by simply adding the witnesses to the deed.

I am sure you must be knowing the witnesses are not for the contents of the deed but for the identification of the signatories.
