please guide me important forms and format for audit of trust which is situated at gujarat.
it is not approve under 80G so no it return file

02 September 2008 Pl note that 80G approval is not a criterion to file I.T.return. If the total income of the trust before claiming exemption u/s11 & 12 exceeds the maximum amount which is not chargeable to income tax in any previous year the a/cs of the trust is required to be audited and audit report in Form 10B is to be obtained and it should be filed along with the income tax return.

Form 10 B is the audit report format. See also rule 17B of the Income tax Rules,1962.
Both are available in www.incometaxindia.gov.in
