09 June 2015 My one of the Clint is a Unregistered trust pay the tax on net profit and file the income tax return without claiming any exemptions under section 11 or 12 under income tax act.Hence we are not filling the any audit report at time of filling the income tax Return because we not claiming any exemptions.now departments is treated as defective return due non compliance of audit report.
