Hello Sir,
Kindly provide me procedure for eastablishing a trust.
Can we have same entity registered as section 25 company and trust also?
If yes are there any advantages of registering under both forms from the point of view of taxation?

sec 25 comes under companies act. Trusts are registered under indian trust act.
