if an assessee want to create a trust, so it is better option for tax benifits or not, than an individual

It depends upon the motive of a person.
Option 1

If He wants to take tax benefit, he has to earn first.
Option 2

And if he wants to spend the money earned. he has to make a trust for that.

But what is the end result.
" As it was in the beginning" ?
But someone can say ......
" Enjoyed the tax benefits...

You would be knowing that agriculture income is tax free for all.
There is no benefit in forming a trust. Individual is eligible to get benefit for Agriculture Income.
