09 July 2016 Sir, Kindly guide me as to what will be the financial and tax implication on a trust receiving foreign donations.

09 July 2016 If it is a charitable trust registered u/s 12A of the Income tax act and apply the income for the objects of the trust then there is no tax implication on the trust. Trust has to be registered under FCRA and follow the guidelines to receive foreign donation.
