06 May 2016 Actually a AOP has filed the returns in ITR -7 for FY 2013-14 it has received 143(1) stating that volutanry contributions are taxable and so we would like rectify the mistake by filing retification along with ITR-5 xml.But it is not accepting showing a error message as invalid xml scheme.As the return has not filed with in the due date we are unable to file revised return also.Please suggest sir as there outstanding demand if 5,00,000.
