I am not able to access www.ncometaxindiaefiling.gov.in .I am using the window xp
professional
service pack-2
version-2002
somene said me to use service pack-3 instead of service pack-2. is it really required if not what type of remedy is available for me , so that i may able to access the site plz revert back immediately

Please see that there might be some other reason in your case - otherwise incometaxindia.efiling works smoothly.
