27 September 2014 Pooja ! its best if you make your own short notes of ITSM.As you can't revise everything everytime specially a day before exam.
But if you have not prepared notes as of now then,just mark all important points in every chapter.

Once you complete a chapter,practice questions and case studies from practice manual and rtp.Do not leave it for end.

Do not give a gap of more than 4-5 days to every chapter ,else everything will be washed out from your mind.
Once you complete your whole revision ,take chapters randomly and summarize them mentally.
