if my spouse's ITR is already filed then is it possible to club her income in my ITR?
If yes, then how & where should i show it?

First of all , you may mention the source or/and the income which you want to club in your hand.

It is always better to file the important returns first.
.
You can revise the return of your wife by deleting the income from her income statement and inserting the same in your statement of total income.

If you have already filed your return also revise both the returns and be ready to explain the matter in case asked by the department.
