Treatment of construction of roads within factory

I just wanna know whether the construction of roads within the factory premices are to be treated as part of fixed assets or whether to write it off wholly during the year of expenditure?

Since Construction of Roads in the Factory premises provides an enduring benefit to the Company, it will be a capital expenditure and will be part of Fixed Assets.
