my company transfers amount through NEFT in my account for companies daily expenses that is my savings account , in same account My salary is transferred, Will amount transferred through NEFT FOR daily expenses be added in my income?

No, if you have a proper accounting and proof of expenditures for the Company. It is advisable to open a separate imprest bank account in the name of Company where you could be made an authorized signatory
