15 November 2014 if travelling expenses done by proprietor or owner of the organization then is it duducted from net profit??
or it is considered with drawing a/c!

15 November 2014 tx for ur reply but i have another query says what is the major difference between travellin,conveyance and transportation expenses??
and it is under which group?

15 November 2014 Travelling is for purpose of business to any place. Conveyance is for traveling from home to office and back.
Transportation is movement of goods.

15 November 2014 suppose i given1000 rs to my employee for the business visit from mumbai to chennai...someware i heard that the cost of travelling include only fare between mumbai and chennae......but in chennai,he caught auto and bus...the expenses on fair on bus and auto is a conveyance and train fair between mumbai to chennai is travelling expense..is it right??

15 November 2014 actually 1000 rs is given for business purpose....so totally amount considered as travelling exp?

16 November 2014 Travelling expenses includes all modes of travel but stay expenses incurred on official tour has to be booked separately under boarding and lodging expenses.
