I am working as a Travel Agent including online mobile and Tv recharge, Insurance renewal etc via a portal and my turnover upto July'17 11.50 Lacs . Is my category fall under e - commerce and registration under GST is compulsory.

In my opinion your business is not covered under following definition/s. 2 (45) “electronic commerce operator” which means any person who owns, operates or manages digital or electronic facility or platform for electronic commerce;
