Transporter giving monthly Trpt bill with charges 5% GST. Then also there is limit of 750/- & 1500/-

Sir I Can't understand, please explain in Detailed. Transporter giving bill with Charging 5% GSt. How I Can show transactions more than 750 & less then 750/- because as per GST rules less than 750 amt not to make RCM, But he giving me charging bill with 5% GST. we taking that bill in GST in purchase
