21 February 2020 If goods are supplied in SAME TRUCK (transpoter is Unregister in Gst Act), SAME DATE and SAME PARTY whether e-way bill would have to be generated even if value of each invoice individually is less than the threshold limit of Rs.50,000/- but overall it crosses Rs.50,000/- (Suppose Mr A. Create Bill to Mr. B in 04 invoice i.e. value rs. 25000, Rs. 30000.00, rs. 10000.00 , rs. 20000.00 receptively in same date)
