25 November 2021 A transportation tender was floated. At the time of opening of tender, it is found that rate of 3 L1 tenderers are same. But as per CVC guidelines negotiations can not be made.

my question is that-

Can divide the work with 3 L1 tenderers Or negotiations may be happen.
