20 September 2017 Whether transportation service of petroleum goods or products are taxable or exempted?? As petroleum products are out of levy as per gst. so whether its transportation is taxable or not??

20 September 2017 Here petroleum products is Non-GST. But, transportation is under GST as many categories... If you received GTA (REG) then you ll be pay Tax under RCM basis and Take ITC... Other than GTA tax is not applicable...
