17 September 2021 We are purchasing goods and getting delivery by hand cart for 20 kms distance. The value of goods is 8 lakhs. Do We need to generate E-Way bill. Will I get ITC for purchases made by hand cart?

17 September 2021 No e-way bill is required to be generated where the goods are being transported by a non-motorised conveyance.

17 September 2021 Yes, you can generate 2 invoices if there are 2 shipments.

17 September 2021 Can we genetate one invoice but goods are loaded on 2 hand carts. Can we give invoice copy to each hand cart.

17 September 2021 yes, you can. You have to generate 2 delivery challan also. Give copy of delivery challan and invoice to each carts.

18 September 2021 No need for E-way bill.
E-way bill required only for motorised vehicle
Generation of invoice can be as per number of shipments.
