We are purchasing goods and getting delivery by hand cart for 20 kms distance. The value of goods is 8 lakhs. Do We need to generate E-Way bill. Will I get ITC for purchases made by hand cart?

No e-way bill is required to be generated where the goods are being transported by a non-motorised conveyance.

Yes, you can generate 2 invoices if there are 2 shipments.

Can we genetate one invoice but goods are loaded on 2 hand carts. Can we give invoice copy to each hand cart.

yes, you can. You have to generate 2 delivery challan also. Give copy of delivery challan and invoice to each carts.
