1.If Service Provider and service receiver both are company.

2.if service provider is company & service receiver is Partnership Firm

22 September 2011 service tax is payable by the "payee" who is making payment to the transporter,
any business identity, whether its company, firm or proprietorship company, does not matter, service tax is to be paid.
