15 May 2013 For Transmission, We require , Death certificat , Copy of Will/Probation letter etc.. Is it necessary to be duly Notarised ?
fdfdOr Just Photocopy will treated as valid ?

15 May 2013 In case there are second holder and shares are to be transmitted to the second holder. Only copy of death certificate may serve the purpose.

In case there is not any second holder or the shares are to be transmitted in the name of any other person natarised copy of will / probation letter will also required.

16 May 2013 In caee of nomination. On submission of required documents shares are to be transmitted to the nominee.
